More organizations struggled with retention during the lockdown. During a time when Zoom meetings and emails flood everybody from inside the safety of their homes, attending events was the last thing on anybody’s plate. I was tasked with doing an identity refresh and introducing a cool burst of animation and color to help this org stand out. The attendance roster grew by over 50% during the lockdown, growing with the addition of 50 brand-new members after rebranding and adding motion.
